Fingerboarding is said to be created in the late 1960s and early 1970s and widely introduced in the mid-1980s. The origins are unknown specifically. All we do know is that we love it! Based on a 1:8 scale of a skateboard, the fingerboard allows a person to use their fingers to simulate skateboarding techniques. To some fingerboarding is a hobby, to others, it is a lifestyle.
